Anna Weise
The photographer Anna Weise lives and works in Berlin.
She trained as a photographer from 1986–88 at the Lette-Verein Berlin, and from 1993 worked as a freelance photographer, specialising in portraits of authors.

While working for various international development organisations, she traveled to Morocco, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Cuba.

Exhibitions “Heimat – Fremde Exil” – portraits of Cuban writers (2011) and “Abgewickelt” – photo documentary about the life and work of textile workers in the GDR (2009).
