photographer
Mark De Fraeye was professor at the Institut supérieur Saint-Luc d'Anvers and at the Académie des Beaux-Arts de Saint-Nicolas in Belgium for many years and specialized early in anthropological photography. Today he is professor of photography at the Karel De Grote-Hogeschool in Antwerp.
Mark De Fraeye has exhibited many times in museums and galleries around the world and has travelled to Siberia, Taiwan, Indonesia, Nepal, Tibet, Vietnam, China, Korea, Mongolia, etc. to capture lives and landscapes on film.
